I gave him a call, explained my situation and he helped educate me on what options were best for me. He is very thorough and really does care. When you decide to have him represent you (you won't regret it!), he allows you to make payments. Which in my case as I'm sure with many ppl was really helpful. When it came to the documents, I'm not the most computer savvy person, so I was having some trouble getting him the paperwork His assistant Tina made a world of difference.
